SMS Notification Consent
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This page describes how Outpush Voice collects opt-in consent from business owners before sending SMS notifications, the messages they will receive, and how to opt out at any time. This page is provided in compliance with Twilio's toll-free verification requirements and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Pilot status (April 2026): SMS delivery is currently in carrier verification (Twilio toll-free / A2P 10DLC). During this period, lead notifications are delivered to business owners by email only. The signup form below already collects SMS consent, so when carrier verification approves, accounts that opted in flip to SMS automatically with no additional action required. Email delivery continues as a fallback channel even after SMS goes live.
Program Overview
Program Name
Outpush Voice Lead Notifications
Who Receives Messages
Business owners and authorized account members of small home-services businesses (plumbers, roofers, HVAC technicians, dentists, electricians, locksmiths, and similar) that have signed up for Outpush Voice.
What Messages Are Sent
SMS notifications when a caller reaches the business's phone line and our AI receptionist captures lead information. Each message contains the caller's name, phone number, address (when provided), the issue or request summary, the urgency level, and a link to view the full call transcript on the Outpush Voice dashboard.
Message Frequency
Approximately 5 to 30 messages per month per business, depending on the volume of calls received. Some businesses with higher call volume may receive more; some with lower volume may receive fewer. Frequency is driven entirely by inbound caller activity, not by Outpush.
Standard Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Outpush Voice does not charge per message, but your wireless carrier may charge standard SMS rates depending on your plan.
How Consent Is Collected
Business owners opt in to SMS notifications during account setup at outpush.ai/signup. Consent is collected via a checkbox on the signup form before any account is created. The signup form looks like this:
Business name
Smith Roofing
Owner name
John Smith
Mobile phone number (where lead alerts will be sent)
(863) 555-0142
The checkbox is unchecked by default. The signup form cannot be submitted without this checkbox being affirmatively checked. The full text of the consent statement is identical to the language shown above.

What We Do Not Do
- We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. All messages are transactional notifications about activity on your business's phone line, plus account-related alerts (usage, billing).
- We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purpose.
- We do not send SMS to the callers who reach your business line. SMS notifications go only to the business owner who has opted in. Callers receive no SMS from Outpush Voice.
- We do not enroll anyone without explicit consent via the signup form checkbox described above.
Data Handling
SMS data is processed and delivered by Twilio, Inc. as our SMS service provider. We retain SMS delivery logs for 12 months for operational and compliance purposes, after which they are deleted. The content of lead notifications (caller name, phone, address, etc.) is retained as part of your call records and is governed by the Outpush AI Privacy Policy.

Questions about the SMS notification program?
By using Outpush Voice, business owners agree that they have authority to receive SMS notifications at the phone number provided during signup, that the phone number belongs to a person or device they own or are authorized to use, and that they are not under any contractual or regulatory restriction that would prohibit receipt of SMS at that number.
