A most happy customer whose dog is also very happy with your products and services.

I have had two deliveries and each time the service has been punctual, and efficient. The delivery guy on the first one was very polite and helpful and it was Shawn who delivered the second time. It was a pleasure to meet him. My labradoodle enjoys the biscuits and joins me with a waggy tail, when I say thank you and I will continue to pass your name on to my other dog owning friends. Great Service!

I was glad to have the food delivered instead of hauling it home from the pet shop. I was happy that Shawn seemed concerned about value for money (since I feed a lot of dogs!) The food arrived promptly and compared to pet shop prices was, indeed, value for money. I did not taste the food :-) but my dogs ate it and seemed to appreciate it. My only suggestion is that the 15 kg food is repacked into smaller quantities so that it remains sealed and fresh.
