What is Autoship?

Autoship is the easiest way to get your pet's favorite food and treats, right when you need it. You choose a delivery schedule, and we will deliver your pet's goodies within 3 days of your scheduled date. We make sure you never run out of food or treats! Above all, you save an extra 5% on all Autoship orders.

How Does Autoship Work?

Step 1 - Shop as per normal on our website.

Step 2 - When you are ready to checkout go to cart.

Step 3 - At checkout, select autoship and choose your delivery schedule. i.e. 1 month, 6 weeks, etc.

Step 4 - Click checkout and proceed to payment.

Step 5 - Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation, and a separate email with details on how to manage your Autoship order.

You may log into your account on our website anytime to make changes to your Autoship order.

We will also send you a reminder email 7 days before your next Autoship order. You may make changes up to 24 hours before you next Autoship order.

Your next Autoship order will be delivered to you within 3 working days of your next Autoship order date.

Managing your Autoship order

How do I add products to my Autoship orders?

First, log into your account on our website. Next, find the product that you want to add to your Autoship orders. Lastly, click on the "Add to Existing Autoship Order" button.

A popup will ask if you are sure you want to add this product to your Autoship order, or if you already have multiple Autoship orders, it will ask you which Autoship order you would like to add it to.

Click Add, and you are done!

How do I remove products from my Autoship orders?

First, log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > Product (Qty) for the order that your want to edit. A window with the products in your order will appear. Change the Quantity for the product you want to remove to zero, and click Update. The product will remain there but the quantity will be zero, and it will not be included in your future Autoship orders

I am runnning out of a product I need. Can I send the Autoship order early?

No problem at all, you can choose to place your next Autoship order today. Simply log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > Ship Now

A popup will promt you that all future Autoship orders will be updated with the same frequency, but based from today. i.e. The next Autoship order will be 1 month from today if your order frequency is 1 month.

Click ok, and your order will be placed. We will send your order in 1-3 working days. Do let us know if you are in a hurry, we can try our best to expedite your order.

I do not need my pet supplies till a later date. Can I postpone my Autoship order?

No problem at all, you can choose to skip an Autoship order. Simply log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > Upcoming Orders

A list of upcoming orders will appear below. Click on "Skip Shipment" for the first line (which should be the next shipment).

A popup will ask you to confirm if you want to skip the order. Click ok and your next Autoship order will be skipped

I need more or less of one of my items for my next Autoship order only. Can I edit only one Autoship order?

Yes you may choose to edit the product quantities of only one of your future autoship orders. Simply log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > Upcoming Orders

A list of upcoming orders will appear below. Click on "Product Quantities" on the same line as the Autoship order date you want to edit.

A window with the products in your order will appear. Change the Quantity for the products you want to edit, and click Update. The order will be updated to the quantities you selected for each product, and it will not affect any other Autoship orders

I do not need the pet supplies anymore. Can I cancel my Autoship order?

No problem at all, you can choose to cancel any future autoship orders. We won't hold you to any commitment. Promise! Simply log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > Delete Order

A popup will ask you to confirm if you want to delete the order. Click ok and all future Autoship orders will be deleted.

Please note that this cannot be undone, you will have to recreate your Autoship order from scratch if you do this.

How do I change my credit card information?

Simply log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > View/Update Card

A popup will show your current credit card details. Click on "Click here to update Credit Card" to change your credit card information.

Enter the details of the new credit card you wish to use and click "Update".

We will verify your credit card details, but we will not charge your credit card till the next Autoship Order.

How do I update my address?

Simply log into you account on our website at https://pushpets.com/tools/checkout/front_end/login. Next, click on Manage > Update Address

A popup will show your current shipping and billing address.

Enter you new shipping and/or billing address and click "Update". Your next Autoship Order will be sent to the new address.

Please note that this will not change an order that has already been placed. Please contact our customer support team to update your delivery address for orders that have already been placed.
