Autoship is the most convenient way to get your pet's food and supplies, right when you need it. With regular deliveries straight to your door, you’ll save the hassle of trips to the pet shop, and never run out of pet essentials ever again. On top of that, you’ll enjoy extra savings of 5% on all Autoship orders!
After adding your favourite items to your shopping cart, select “View Cart and Checkout”. Before checkout, simply select “Autoship and pay” and set your Autoship schedule.
After successful checkout, you will receive an order confirmation, and a separate email on how to manage your Autoship.
You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your next scheduled Autoship order is processed.
You may make changes anytime, up to 24 hours before your next Autoship order is processed.
Your payment method will be charged automatically on the Autoship order date.
Your Autoship order will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days after processing.
You may view your Autoship settings and make changes by going to Manage My Autoship.

How do I add products to my Autoship order?
To add products to your next Autoship order, please log in to your account on our website before shopping. Select a product and click on “Add this to My Autoship” on the product page. Choose your shipping rate, and it’s done! You may view your Autoship products anytime by going to Manage My Autoship.
Go to Manage My Autoship > Products in your Autoship order > Remove Product. However, if there is only 1 product in your Autoship order, you will not be able to remove it. You will first have to add a new product, before removing the unwanted product.
You may shop on our website anytime without affecting your Autoship order. When adding a product to your shopping cart, click on “Add to Cart” instead of “Add this to My Autoship”. Before checkout, select “NO, Order only ONCE” and checkout.
Go to Manage My Autoship > Next Order Date > Change Date. Select a new order date and save changes. Please take note that this will also change the order date for all future Autoship orders, according to your Autoship order frequency.
To change your Autoship order frequency, go to Manage My Autoship > Order Frequency > Change Frequency. Set a new Autoship schedule and save changes. Please note that this change will NOT affect your next Autoship order. Only subsequent Autoship orders will follow the new order frequency.
Yes, you can. Go to Manage My Autoship > Manage Upcoming Orders. Select the order you wish to skip and click on “Skip Order”.
Go to Manage My Autoship > Payment Information.
Go to Manage My Autoship > Address and Shipping Information.
Go to Manage My Autoship > Cancel Autoship.
